“The house itself is wonderful, and the surroundings take everything to the next level. The living areas and kitchen are spacious, beautiful, and exude relaxation. The back porch, spa, and dock can keep kids and adults entertained for hours. The bedrooms and bathrooms exceed expectations. On top of that, a short, easy walk gets you to an uncrowded spot on a beautiful beach. Plan your beach visits to match up with can’t-miss sunsets, then retreat to the back porch for twilight relaxation. Get some rest and wake up to beautiful views over the length of the bay. Rinse and repeat. Essentials (and some extra amenities) are pre-stocked in the house. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and grocery runs for cooking in the incredible kitchen are quick and easy. “This place is perfect if you want the Naples Vanderbilt beach experience. Really quick walk to a little beach access trail. All of your beach-going needs are included – chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc. And when your kid has to go to the bathroom, you’re just a few-minute walk back and forth. Literally perfect! A small pool / hot tub combo is all you really need with the ocean so close. House is perfect, clean, beautiful full kitchen and outdoor screened-in kitchen/patio.
